Occupied Jerusalem, ALRAY - Israeli occupation authorities released Thursday morning the Palestinian MP Mohammed Abu Tair,67, after serving seven months of administrative detention.
Abu Tair was arrested on 13 March, 2019 after storming his house in Umm Al-Sharayet neighborhood south of Al-Bireh city.
It is noteworthy that the prisoner Abu Tair served a total of 34 years in Israeli jails, on several periods and was elected as a member of the Legislative Council in 2006.
Abu Tair is expelled from Jerusalem, since 8 October 2010, after the IDF withdrew his ID.
Israeli Interior Minister at that time, has issued a decision to withdraw the identities of deputies Ahmed Atoun , Mohammed Abu Tair, Mohammed Totah and former Jerusalem Minister Khaled Abu Arafa, under the claim of "disloyalty to Israel."
