Bethlehem, ALRAY - An Israeli settler on Tuesday morning ran over a Palestinian schoolgirl as she was going to her school in Kisan village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem.

Local sources reported that the settler rammed his car into the 17-year-old girl student Yasmeen Ghazal at the entrance into the village of Kisan, while heading for her school in the town of Tekoa, southeast of the city.

The sources added that the girl student has suffered wounds and bruises in the attack, and as a result, she was admitted to hospital for medical treatment.

It’s noteworthy to mention that the illegal Israeli settlers increasingly escalate their attacks against Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
