West Bank, ALRAY - Israeli military appeals court in Ofra prison has accepted the appeal of the occupation prosecution, which demanded changing the sentence of Ayham Sabah,18, to life imprisonment, Palestinian prisoner club said Thursday.
The club explained in a statement that the court changed the sentence of Sabbah from 35 years to life imprisonment, violating all international norms.

He added that the first sentence issued against Sabbah was when he was under the age of 18, and imposed high fines against him.
It is noteworthy that the prisoner Sabah, a resident of Ramallah Governorate, was arrested on February 18, 2016, and he was 14 years old at the time, after being shot by the occupation.
The occupation authorities accused him of carrying out a stabbing attack in the "Rami Levy" store, which resulted in the death of one of the Israeli soldiers, and the injury of another.
