 Gaza, ALRAY - The number of infected cases with Covid-19 in Palestine raised to 117 cases after announcing on Tuesday two new cases tested positive of Covid-19 in Ramallah and Gaza.

The spokesperson of Palestinian government based in Ramallah Ibraheem Melhem announced the new two cases on Tuesday at dawn.

He explained that a twenty-year-old resident of Al-Masyoun neighborhood in Ramallah, returned from work in Israel had asked for being tested, showing positive result , and he was transferred to the quarantine in the Carmel Hotel in the city.

Palestinian Health Ministry based in Gaza reported that the laboratory results conducted by the central laboratory, on Monday evening, showed a one new infection with the virus "Corona" .

It explained a man along with his wife returned to Gaza via Rafah crossing and being put in quarantine directly before testing positive of Covid-19, he did not contact with any body in Gaza.

It noted that the cases of Covid-19 in Gaza raised to 10, and all of them came from abroad.

It also reported that the tests of the journalist and the cameraman who made an interview inside the quarantine in Rafah last week are  negative, however they will kept in quarantine.
