Gaza, ALRAY - The Islamic Resistance Movement of Hamas praised Saturday the stance of Qatar which considered the movement a legitimate resistance movement for all Arab countries.
The spokesperson of Hamas , Fawzi Barhoum said that the Qatari Foreign Minister's statements reflected the true values and principles of the State of Qatar towards the Palestinian people and their legitimate resistance.
He noted that Qatar remarks reflect genuine Arab moral character.
Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman al-Thani had previously stated that Hamas is a resistance movement that works to unify the Palestinian home front and it is not a terrorist organization.

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain said in a statement published by the Saudi news agency that 59 people, including the Muslim Brotherhood’s spiritual leader Yousef al-Qaradawi, and 12 entities, among them Qatari-funded charities, were named.
