31 of Gaza prisoners’ families visit their sons in Nafha prison

Gaza, ALRAY - A new batch of Gaza Strip prisoners’ families headed at dawn Monday to visit their sons in Israeli jails through Beit Hanoun/Erez crossing, north of the beleaguered Gaza Strip.

Suhair Zakout, a spokeswoman for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Gaza, reported that 31 families of the Gaza Strip prisoners, including 11 children under 16 headed to visit 16 prisoners of their sons in the Israeli jail of Nafha.

It is noteworthy that approximately 6000 Palestinian prisoners, including 350 prisoners from Gaza are incarcerated in the Israeli jails amid very difficult detention conditions.
