In a new criminal behavior, the occupation deliberately shelled and targeted the vicinity of bakeries while dozens of citizens gathered and lined up at their doors to buy their bread, resulting in dozens of martyrs and hundreds of wounded.

The repeated targeting of the vicinity of the bakeries by the occupation confirms that their intention is to cause the greatest number of victims, exacerbate the humanitarian situation, and make it more difficult for the citizens. Even obtaining a few loaves of bread has become a perilous journey.

More than five bakeries were documented as being targeted during their operation in different areas in the north and south of the Gaza Strip, either directly or in their vicinity. These bakeries include Al-Yazji in Tel Al-Hawa, Ajour Al-Ghazali, Al-Yazji in the General Security area, Ajour Al-Sidra, and Al-Bana in Nusairat.

This crime committed by the occupation demonstrates the absence of any red lines to its criminal actions and once again illustrates the nature of its wide-ranging targets, which vary from children and women in their homes, at the bakery doors, inside shelter centers, and even within hospital premises, as was the case in the Muamadani massacre.

This complex criminality calls for a clear condemnation and a resolute stance from the international community, and urgent intervention to put an end to the occupation's tyranny over the blood of our people and its inhumane crimes against civilians, with women and children paying the heaviest price.
