Occupied WB, The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) waged during last night and at dawn Monday a large scale-campaign of arrests in multiple raids to different districts of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that the IOF broke into Dheisheh Refugee Camp, raided people’s houses and detained Haidar Abu Dayyeh (22), Yazan Mannaa (18), and Muhammed Melhem (23).
The sources added that severe clashes were erupted between Palestinian youths and the IOF, interspersed with firing tear gas canisters, stun grenades and rubber-coated bullets towards Palestinians.
the sources added that the IOF detained Muhammed Abu El Sheikh after storming Qalqilya city, and detained Oday Abu Turki after storming his home in Hebron.
As of Jordan Valley, the IOF blockaded last night Khirbet al-Deir and closed roads leading to it.
Local sources reported that the IOF hinders Palestinians’ access to their homes and searches vehicles heading there without giving any explanation for such arbitrary measures.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
