Occupied Jerusalem, ALRAY – The Shin Bet announced that it had seized 100.000 NIS during raids carried out in old Jerusalem neighborhoods last night, arguing that they were supported by the Hamas movement.

The Shin Bet claimed that the money had been sent by Hamas in the Gaza Strip to back stabbers including the father of the martyr Hassa Mahai who had stabbed two Israelis in October 2015.

The Israeli police seized the money of the mother of the martyr Tareq Auarafa who had been involved in terror acts including kidnapping and stabbing a soldier in 1994.

The Israeli police said that they stormed eight homes owned terrorists, and searched for 100.000 NIS.

The police also confiscated stuff owned by families of the martyrs, arguing that they belong to the Hamas movement, which the families deny.
