Occupied WB, ALRAY - Issa Qaraqe, Head of Detainees and Ex-Detainees affairs Committee, said that the arrest of Omar Al-Abd’s family by the IOF, allegedly because they know his intention towards carrying out the Halamish attack and that they did not try to stop him, is a policy of collective punishment.

Qaraqe stated in a press release on Wednesday that such arrests represent collective punishment against the Palestinian people, and the Israeli occupation right-wing government’s insane extremism against them.

It is worth mentioning that a large Israeli military force, escorting bulldozers, stormed on early Wednesday Qubar village, north of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah and started demolishing the family house of Omar Al-Abd, which led to breaking out fierce confrontations between Palestinian youths and the IOF caused several injuries among the Palestinians.
