Occupied WB, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested at dawn Monday 12 Palestinians during multiple raids to different districts of the occupied West Bank towns and cities.
Israeli media reported that the IOF arrested 12 wanted Palestinians on suspicion of carrying out resistance acts, and took them for interrogation.
The IOF claimed it found some weapons during raids into the West Bank cities of Ramallah and Bethlehem, confiscated them and arrested their owners.
Local sources said that the IOF arrested at dawn Monday three Palestinian youths, including two brothers, from the Jenin refugee camp, after raiding their families’ houses.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
