WB, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested at dawn Wednesday 18 Palestinians during a series of multiple raids across the occupied West Bank towns and cities.
The IOF stated that it arrested 30 Palestinians, including 15 alleged to be involved in carrying out acts of aggression against Israel, indicating they were taken by its security services for interrogation.
Local sources reported that the IOF broke into Qabatiya and Zababdeh towns, south the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, and arrested 7 Palestinians, after raiding their houses. The nine were named as Lotfi Malaysheh (26), Khattab Ghannam (20), Moin Alawneh (20), Murad Fashafsha (29), Ahmed Salata (60), Belal Abu Rab (26), and Islam Debai.
The sources added that the IOF raided several neighborhoods of Qalqilya, and arrested Mohamed Shenara, Ala Salim, Mahdi Akas, and Ahmed Khadraj.
In the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, the IOF arrested Amer al-Jabari, Ibrahim al-Jabari, Mohi al-Badawneh and Omar al-Badawneh.
As of occupied Jerusalem, the IOF keeps its relentless campaign against al-Isawiya town, where it arrested 6 Palestinians and took them to unknown interrogation center.
The arrested were named as Fouad Mostafa, Hazem Mustapha, Muhammed Mansur, Abdulhadi Dari, and Bilal and Nedal Alian.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
