8 families of Gaza prisoners visit their sons in Eshel jail

Gaza, ALRAY - A new batch of the Gaza Strip prisoners’ families headed at dawn on Monday to visit their sons in Israeli jails through Beit Hanoun/Erez crossing, north of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Suhair Zakout, spokeswomen for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), reported that eight families of the Gaza Strip prisoners, including a child under the age of 16 headed to visit their sons in the Israeli jail of Eshel.

It is noteworthy that approximately 6000 Palestinian prisoners, including 350 prisoners from Gaza, are incarcerated in the Israeli jails amid very difficult detention conditions.
