IOF conducts engineering survey for six Palestinian buildings in Kafr Aqeb

Occupied Jerusalem, ALRAY - The municipality crews of the Israeli occupation, along with engineering troops and heavy police guard, raided Monday morning on al-Matar neighborhood in the Kafr Aqeb village, north of the occupied Palestinian city of Jerusalem, and conducted a survey for six structures as a precursory step to demolish them.

Ayman Roumieh, a resident of the neighborhood, reported that the crews encircled six Palestinian structures threatened with demolition, conducted an engineering survey for them, and carried out exploratory tour in the area before leaving the neighborhood.

Roumieh pointed out that families of the six structures received eviction notices in the past September, but they didn’t care about them, and surprised 10 days ago of issuing an order by the Israeli Supreme Court to demolish these structures within a month.

It is worth mentioning that dozens of families are residing in these six structures.
