Occupied WB, ALRAY – at least 34 new Palestinians were confirmed positive for the coronavirus pandemic in the occupied West Bank cities of Hebron, Bethlehem and Nablus on Thursday, Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. Mai al-Kaila, announced.

The minister pointed out that 33 cases have emerged in Hebron, 10 in Bethlehem, and one in Nablus.

She indicated that that these new cases brought the total number of the coronavirus infections in the occupied Palestinian territories to 1568.

At least 616 coronavirus patients, she continued, have made a full recovery, including 56 in the Gaza Strip, and five people have died of the virus so far.

There are about 9,490,989 confirmed cases worldwide and the death toll now tops 485,578 while over 5,117,939 people have recovered from the virus.
