Occupied WB, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning detained three Palestinian citizens during raids across the cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
Local sources reported that the IOF detained two citizens from the town of Hazma, northeast of the occupied city of Jerusalem.
The sources pointed out that the IOF forces raided the center of the town and detained two brothers named as Hamada and Omar Hasan al-Khatib, 30, 24, after storming their houses and ransacking their contents.
The sources added that the IOF also detained youth Anas Abu Balaha, 25, after raiding and ransacking the house of his father in the Aida refugee camp, north of the city of Bethlehem.
Earlier on Monday at dawn, the IOF forces detained four youths from several districts in the Bethlehem city. They were identified as Mahmoud Ayyad, Muhammad al-Sabbah, Huthaifa Abayat, and Muhammad Nawwara.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
