Gaza, ALRAY - Ready for any urgent negotiations, Sinwar stated that they have discussed details of securing the cease-fire and stop Israeli aggression against Gaza, head of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" in Gaza Yahya Sinwar commented following a meeting with head of the Egyptian Intelligence Service, Major General Abbas Kamel on Monday.


The head of the Egyptian intelligence service, Major General Abbas Kamel, arrived in the Gaza Strip on Monday, at the head of an Egyptian security delegation to discuss details of securing cease-fire after Israeli aggression against Gaza.

 

The Egyptian security delegation was accompanied by a number of Palestinian Authority ministers in Ramallah: Minister of Local Government Magdi Al-Saleh, Minister of Agriculture Riad Atari, and Minister of Women's Affairs Amal Hamad.

 

Sinwar expressed following the meeting his movement readiness for urgent negotiations on the prisoner exchange file.

 

He went on saying that prisoner exchange file witnessed progress during the past period but negotiations suspended due to lack of a stable government in Israel.

 

He revealed that next days will witness serious dialogues in Cairo to unify the Palestinian position .  

 

“We called on Egyptians and world leaders to put off the detonators of the bombing in the Palestinian arena and to curb the occupation from its practices in the Al-Aqsa Mosque. " Sinwar said.

 

He explained that the Egyptian delegation discussed with them the file of reconstruction and international grants for Gaza for reconstruction, saying: "The world and the Egyptians said that they want to make the Gaza Strip like Dubai.”

 

He stressed that Palestinian people deserve a decent life.

 

Sinwar noted that the Gaza Strip is on a date soon to break the siege and provide a decent life for the Palestinian people in the Strip, pointing out that there is an international stance that supports us, which we must make best use of.

 

Regarding prisoner exchange file, Sinwar explained that Hamas refused to link this file with reconstruction and breaking the siege on Gaza.

 

He said we don’t mind to discuss the two files on parallel, but we do refuse to link between them.

 

 At the end of his speech, he stressed the importance of No.1111, saying never ever to forget it.  

 

The head of Egyptian intelligence, Abbas Kamel, met in occupied Jerusalem, on Sunday, the Minister of the Israeli occupation army, Benny Gantz, and the head of the interim government, Benjamin Netanyahu, and he also met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah.

 

Cairo is paying great efforts in order to make a breakthrough in these files, which prompted Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to assign this task to the intelligence chief.

 

The Palestinian issue is currently witnessing an active movement, in the wake of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, within the efforts of the United States of America and regional mediators; to secure the ceasefire, which began at dawn on Friday, May 21st.
