One death, 273 new Covid-19 cases in Gaza in 24 hrs

Gaza, ALRAY - The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Monday one death and 273 new Covid-19 cases after conducting 1,138 tests over the past 24 hours.

In its daily report, the Ministry stated that 950 cases have recovered in the past 24 hours, adding that the total number of Covid-19 cases has reached 247,618, including 6,114 active and 239,564 recovered cases, with a death toll of 1,940 cases.

The Ministry also reported that the number of cases in need of hospitalization has amounted to 86, with 57 cases in critical conditions.

Gaza has received around 1,957,960 Covid-19 vaccine doses. So far, 668,484 Gazans have received the vaccine, according to the Ministry’s report.
