Occupied Jerusalem, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation authorities forced Wednesday two Palestinian families to knock down their own houses in occupied Jerusalem under the pretext of "unlicensed construction."
According to local sources, the Israeli occupation authorities ordered the Shweiki family to raze their home which overlooks the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
The Israeli occupation authorities also ordered Mahmoud Abu Rayya to self-demolish part of his house in Al-Sharafat village, south of occupied Jerusalem.
The family had obtained a court ruling postponing the demolition for three months.
