Ramallah, ALRAY - Israeli settlers on Sunday night attacked Palestinian houses near the illegal settlement of Beit El, east of the occupied West Bank city of al-Bireh.
Local sources reported that dozens of Israeli settlers, guarded by the Israeli occupation forces, attacked Palestinian houses and cars and pelted them with stones.
The sources indicated that confrontations erupted between Palestinian youths and the Israeli occupation forces that fired rubber bullets and tear gas canisters towards the youths and adjacent houses.
They added that there were several cases of suffocation among the Palestinian youths.
Israeli settlers attack Palestinians on a daily basis across the occupied Palestine under the so-called “Price Tag” banner. Such attacks always go unpunished by the Israeli occupation authorities.
These attacks often include assaults on Palestinians and their properties, slashing tyres, painting anti-Arab slogans, in addition to the cutting down of trees belonging to Palestinian farmers.
