Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday detained at least eight Palestinian citizens from different areas across the occupied West Bank towns and cities.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces broke into Talkarem and detained Mohammed Ghanem as well as detained the ex-detainees Momen Abu Kamla and Majd Radi.
The sources added that the Israeli forces also detained Fadi Abu Khalaf from Nablus, ex-detainee Mohammed Shahin, Attallah at-titi, and Raed al-Batat from Hebron, Afif Salloum from Ramallah, while detained Khaled Alawna from Jenin.
In the same context, the Israeli forces detained the ex-detainee Mohammed Adwan from the town of al-Eizariya in occupied east Jerusalem.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
According to Palestinian figures, about 4,500 Palestinians, including 32 women and 160 children, are currently languishing in Israeli detention jails.
