West Bank, ALRAY - Israeli occupation court sentenced on Tuesday Palestinian detainee Fadi Qais Be’eirat from Kafr Malik, northeast of the city of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, to 30 months in prison, in addition to a fine of 10,000 shekels.

Al-Asra Media Office stated that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained Be’eirat on the 3rd of October 2020 after raiding his family’s home in the town of Kafr Malik and transferred him to the investigation at the Ofer military center for more than a month.

Al-Asra Office pointed out that the Israeli occupation intelligence charged Be’eirat with alleged participation in acts of resistance and inciting against Israel.

It was also added that the Israeli occupation court sentenced Be’eirat to two and a half years in prison, in addition to a fine after postponing his trial more than 18 times.
