West Bank, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation army has fatally shot a Palestinian man at point-blank range near Silwad in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Ahmad Hassan Kahla, a 45-year-old from Rammun town in Ramallah, was gunned down by Israeli occupation forces near Silwad in the east of Ramallah.
According to eyewitnesses, Israeli occupation soldiers opened fire at Kahla after an altercation with him. They forced him to leave the vehicle before shooting him at point-blank range in cold blood.
Meanwhile, Israeli public broadcaster Kan claimed that a Palestinian was "neutralised" after he allegedly attempted to stab an Israeli occupation soldier near the illegal settlement of "Ofra".
Kahla's killing raises the number of Palestinians who have been gunned down by the Israeli occupation army so far this year to 13, including three children.
