West Bank, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained late Monday a Palestinian ex-detainee from the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF detained ex-detainee Ra’fat Issa Hammad, 23, while he was passing through an Israeli military checkpoint set up at the western entrance to the village.
It is noteworthy that the IOF killed on Monday Ahmed Hasan Kahla, 45, at the entrance to the same town after forcing him to get out of his vehicle and shooting him dead point blank.
