Jerusalem, ALRAY - The so-called Israeli magistrate’s court in occupied Jerusalem has extended the detention of a young Palestinian Jerusalemite and granted two teenage boys’ conditional release.

Firas al-Jibrini, a lawyer with the Wadi Hilweh Information Centre, said that the Israeli court extended the detention of Ali al-Tawil, from Silwan town in occupied Jerusalem, until next Tuesday.

Israeli occupation forces detained al-Tawil after storming his home in Silwan early Saturday morning.

Meanwhile, the Israeli court released Abdel Rahman Amr and Mohammed Muhanna on condition that they pay a fine of 500 shekels ($145) each and handed them orders barring them from entering the Old City for 30 days.

Israeli settlers, escorted by Israeli occupation forces, broke into Silwan town, to the south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, on Saturday evening and attacked the residents of the Wadi Hilweh neighborhood.
