Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday at dawn detained at least three Palestinian citizens during raids across several parts of the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces detained ex-detainee Ahmad Abu Latifa, after breaking into the city of Ramallah.

The sources added that the Israeli forces also detained youth Issa al-Muti, after raiding into his home in the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, while detained high school student Ahmad Abu Nafisa, after raiding into his home in Tammun town, south of Tubas.

Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.

According to Palestinian figures, about 4,500 Palestinians, including 32 women and 160 children, are currently languishing in Israeli detention jails.
