West Bank, ALRAY - The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that January has been the deadliest month for the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank since 2015.
The Israeli occupation army and colonial settlers have killed 35 Palestinians, including eight children and an elderly woman, in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of this year, the ministry explained in a press statement Monday.
The ministry pointed out that autopsy reports showed that Israeli occupation soldiers and colonial settlers shot Palestinians in the upper limbs, particularly in the head in the vast majority of fatal cases.
Jenin saw the highest toll of Palestinian martyrs, with 20 killed by the Israeli occupation army over the past month, according to the ministry.
