Jerusalem, ALRAY - The Israeli so-called Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, issued on Wednesday an order to shut down the bakeries that supply bread to Palestinian detainees inside Israeli occupation prisons.

According to Ben-Gvir's office, this policy is being followed to deprive the Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons of the benefits granted to them.

The Palestinian detainees inside Israeli occupation prisons have been witnessing a non-stop Israeli escalation, especially in "Damon", after the assault against the women detainees’ representative, Yasmine Sha’ban, before transferring her to solitary confinement.

It is noteworthy that Ben Gvir vowed to tighten the conditions against Palestinian detainees during his election campaign before his party's victory in the recent elections.
