Jenin, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday detained at least two Palestinian citizens during a raid across the city of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces detained the youths Saleh Rabia, 26, and university student Hasan Abu al-Rab, 19, after raiding and ransacking their houses in Jenin.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
According to Palestinian figures, about 4,500 Palestinians, including 32 women and 160 children, are currently languishing in Israeli detention jails.
