Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday detained at least 15 Palestinian citizens during raids across the occupied West Bank towns and cities.


Asra Media Office reported that the Israeli forces detained the ex-detainee Said Al-Sharida from Nablus, and brothers Mohammed and Baraa Fathi al-Qarawi from Talkarem.


The office added that the Israeli forces also detained Nihad Hamdan from Ramallah, Mohammed Abu Awwad from al-Bireh, Abdul Muti al-Rimawi from Beit Rima town, and ex-detainee Saleh Shakarneh from Bethlehem.


Moreover, the office said, the Israeli occupation forces detained the ex-detainee Moeen al-Zuhur, Mohammed al-Asafra, Aseed al-Zuhur, Imad al-Zuhur, Musa al-Qawasmi, Sheikh Ahmad al-Hurub, Ismael al-Hurub, and Mohammed al-Hurub.


Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the occupied West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by ‘Israel’ at some point in their lives.   


It is now holding 4,780 Palestinian detainees, including 29 female detainees and around 160 children, in its prisons, according to Palestinian prisoners' rights groups.
