Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday launched a large-scale campaign of raids and detentions across several parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
In occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli occupation forces broke into the Shufat refugee camp, raided several Palestinian homes and detained a number of Palestinian youths.
Locals identified the detainees as Oday al-Dabet, Ammar Muheisen, Ezz al-Din al-Faqih, Ayman Alqam, Issa Ali, Yazan Salama, Nassar al-Kiswani and Ahmad al-Kiswani.
In addition, the Israeli occupation forces detained Anas al-Masaeed from Bethlehem, Nour Abu Fannar and ex-detainee Yousuf Abu Sneineh from Hebron and Bilal Fuqaha from Ramallah.
In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces renewed its incursion to the Rumana town in Jenin, where the occupation forces stormed and ransacked several houses and seized over a number of cell phones.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the occupied West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by ‘Israel’ at some point in their lives.
It is now holding 4,780 Palestinian detainees, including 29 female detainees and around 160 children, in its prisons, according to Palestinian prisoners' rights groups.
