Occupied Jerusalem, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation attacked Wednesday a Palestinian public bus driver in Silwan town in occupied Jerusalem.

According to eyewitnesses, Israeli occupation forces stopped Palestinian driver Ahmad al-Awar at a junction in Silwan, pepper-sprayed him, and violently beat him up before detaining him.

The Israeli occupation soldiers moved al-Awar to a detention facility in Jabel Mukaber in occupied Jerusalem and released him several hours later after interrogating him in harsh conditions.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation intelligence service summoned Mahdi Abu Kaff for questioning and handed him an order banning him from accessing the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
