Nablus, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday detained at least five Palestinian citizens from the northern occupied West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces detained Alaa Snobar, Ahmad Snobar, Hazem al-Aqra and Suhaib al-Aqra, after breaking into their homes and ransacking them.
The sources added that the occupation forces broke into the eastern area of the city and detained youth Abdullah al-Zumar.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the occupied West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by ‘Israel’ at some point in their lives.
It is now holding 4,900 Palestinian detainees, including 31 female detainees and around 160 children, in its prisons, according to Palestinian prisoners' rights groups.
