West Bank, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation army has detained five Palestinian citizens and shot and wounded one more in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that Israeli occupation forces shot a young man with a rubber-coated metal bullet in the head after breaking into Tulkarm refugee camp.
During a raid into Hebron, the Israeli occupation army detained two young men from Arroub refugee camp and two more from Ad-Dhahiriya town.
Israeli occupation forces also detained an ex-detainee after storming and ransacking his home in Seida town, northeast of Tulkarm.
The Israeli occupation is holding around 4,900 Palestinian detainees, including 34 women and nearly 160 children in harsh and inhumane conditions in its prisons, according to Palestinian prisoners' rights organisations.
