West Bank, ALRAY - Israeli colonial settlers have attacked Palestinian homes in the occupied northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official in charge of monitoring settlement activity in the northern West Bank, said mobs of Israeli colonial settlers broke into Jalud, south of Nablus, and attacked homes in the eastern area of the town, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.

According to eyewitnesses, more than 100 Israeli colonial settlers attacked the town and opened fire at homes.

Videos circulated on social media showed local Palestinian citizens defending themselves against the Israeli settlers' assault.

Israeli colonial settlers have stepped up their attacks against Palestinian citizens and their property in the occupied West Bank, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.
