Gaza, ALRAY – Palestinian Industrial Estates and Investment Promotion Agency (PIEIA) received at its headquarters in Gaza industrial city a delegation from the Operations Support Department of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The delegation included Mrs. Ken Kai and Mr. Junji Kawashima and Mr. Mohammed nassar from JICA office.

They were received by Mr. Bajess El-Dalou, "Director of the Department of Promotion and Local and International Relations".

 Al-Dalou reviewed the developments in the industrial zone and the efforts made by the agency to support and develop factories and companies, touching on full details of the volume of the total investments of factories and companies and the privileges that the agency provides in favor of these companies, in addition to a detailed explanation of the solar energy project to provide factories with permanent electricity around the clock.

The delegation toured some factories, including the Unipal 2000 Company for Trade and Industry, ready-made garments, and Resbi factory for General Trading, to see closely the progress of work in them, promising to provide support and advise them to raise their requirements to the competent authorities, and work to provide them with all services.
