Occupied WB, ALRAY - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Thursday morning, 37 Palestinian citizens during campaign of raids to different areas in the occupied West Bank.
Local resources said that Israeli occupation forces arrested the leader in the Hamas movement, the ex-prisoner Bassam Hammad, and the ex-prisoner Abdul Ghani Fares, student at Birzeit University, from the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah.
The IOF also arrested Obeida Al-Barghouti from Beit Rima, west of Ramallah, the ex-prisoner Ahmed Turkman from the city, and the injured ex-prisoner Mustafa Gwanmeh from the Jalazoun camp, north of the governorate.
In the town of Deir Samet, south of Hebron, the occupation forces arrested 8 citizens identified as Atef Awawdeh and two of his sons, Wajih and Alaa, Ibrahim Awawdeh and his son Musab, and three other citizens from the Awawdeh family.
In Nablus, the IOF arrested Jalal Abu Zaytoun, Muhammad al-Tanbour and his brother Yazan, Muhammad al-Badrasawi, the ex-prisoner Mustafa Sheib, Thamin Hamdan, Murad Issa, and Waheed Jabara, after storming their homes in Beita, Burqa, Salem, and other areas.
The IOF also arrested Abdel Basset Abu al-Ezz and Hssan from Tulkarem ,Abu Haniyeh and his brother Yahya from Qalqilya, both from the town of Azzun, and the two young youths Issa al-Sheikh and Uday al-Sheikh from the town of Marah, south of Bethlehem.
