West Bank, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation army detained at least 10 Palestinian citizens during a large-scale raid in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem early Wednesday morning.
According to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, Israeli occupation forces detained four young men after storming their homes in Qatanna town, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
In Jericho, Israeli occupation forces detained two young men during a raid into Aqbat Jabr camp in the eastern occupied West Bank.
The Israeli occupation army detained a man from Beita town, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
During a raid into Jalboun village near Jenin, Israeli occupation forces stormed and ransacked dozens of Palestinian homes and interrogated its residents.
Israeli occupation soldiers also heavily fired stun grenades and tear gas at Palestinian homes and citizens, causing dozens of them to suffocate.
The Israeli occupation army closed all entrances leading to the village and turned a home into a military base.
Ibrahim Abu Al-Rub, head of the Jalboun village council, said that Israeli occupation forces handed the owner of the three-story residential building a notice giving details of the decision to occupy the roof of the home in order to turn it into an observation point.
