West Bank, ALRAY - The Israeli occupation army has detained an injured young Palestinian man during a raid into Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that Israeli occupation forces detained Ammar al-Far, 24, on Wednesday after storming his home in Zababdeh town, south of Jenin.
Al-Far had part of his leg amputated after being shot by the Israeli occupation army three months ago.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the life and well-being of al-Far, who is still receiving treatment for his injury.
Since the start of the year, the Israeli occupation has detained over 60 injured Palestinian citizens, including women and children.
The number of Palestinian detainees held in Israeli occupation prisons has risen to over 5,200, including 36 women and around 170 children, according to the most recent figures by human rights groups.
