Gaza, Alray - The Israeli Central Court pronounced on Tuesday unjust sentences against five Palestinian minors, convicting them of stabbing an Israeli settler.
Director of the Jerusalem prisoners' families committee Amjad Abu Asab said that the prisoners are: Mohammed Al-Abasi,18, sentenced to seven years and a fine of NIS 30,000 , Majdi Al-Abasi,16, sentenced to five years and a fine of NIS 10,000 , Ayman Al-Abasi,14, sentenced to 18 months in the Israeli jails and a fine of NIS 3,000 .
Abu Asab added that Mohammed Al-Abasi, 13, was also sentenced to 18 months and a fine of NIS 3,000.
He stressed that the Israeli court issued unfair sentences against the five minors without considering their rights; it argued that they intended to kill the settler which deserves that punishment .
