Gaza, ALRAY - Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu ordered the Israeli military to seize a Palestinian house in Hebron and allow the entry of settlers into it in response to the killing of the Israeli soldiers yesterday near the Ibrahimi mosque.

"Anyone who tries to uproot us from the city of our patriarchs will achieve the opposite," he said. "We will continue to fight terrorism … with one hand, while strengthening the settlement with the other."

It is noteworthy that a group of settlers moved into the house, claiming that they had purchased the property, which is located not far from the Ibrahimi mosque. After reviewing the deal, the Civil Administration invalidated the purchase, citing faults in the transaction. Under the martial law in the territories, any real estate deal must first be approved by an Israeli army commander.

Consequently, then the Israeli military Minister Ehud Barak ordered that the house be evacuated.

The appeals committee of  Israeli "Civil Administration" has issued a decision to allow the settler's entry to the home despite the failure of approving the legality of the purchase.
