Gaza, Alray - "Arab League approval of land swap between (Israelis) and Palestinians breaches the International Law."  Salah al- Khawaja said.

Al- Khawaja, a political expert,  noted that the International Law stated  "No country has the right to  Swap its land before liberating  and establishing an independent state."

By accepting Land Swap agreement , Arab relinquished  Palestinian's right over land  and giving Israeli occupation the right to build settlements on the West Bank and Jerusalem.

 The Ministerial Committee for the Arab Peace Initiative has stressed its support for President Obama's proposals regarding "a limited and agreed-upon land swap" between Israel and Palestinians.
