Athens, ALRAY - Foreign ministers of the European Union (EU) stressed the importance of finding a fair solution to the Palestinian cause.
The third meeting of EU ministers and their Arabs counterparts was held in Athens two days ago.
European ministers affirmed the EU’s constants towards settlement calling the Israeli occupation to release Palestinian prisoners.
They stressed the issues that bring the Arab states and the EU countries together in the field of strategic, institutional, political, social and economic cooperation.
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad al-Maliki who headed the Palestinian delegation praised the EU efforts and the Arab-European relations ensuring this cohesion of the relationship is based on a genuine partnership.
