Gaza, Alray - Israeli Prison Services imposed on prisoners to pay the costs of their medical  treatment.

By these measures, Israeli occupation escapes from his responsibility and violates Geneva's conventions, according to the report.

 Detainees health will be deteriorated if IPS insist on their decision .   

The report pointed out the new economic burden these practices will add on prisoners and their families.

The report numbered some detainees (IPS) asked them to pay for treatment, among them are:
Hussein Ali Youssef  Khalil (24) from Bethlehem  sentenced for seven years. Ramon prison doctors demanded him to pay NIS 7000 for an ear-  ache treatment.

Ahmad Jameel Ahmed Al-Shabri( 27)from Nablus, sentenced for 15 years, is asked to buy medical glasses as he cannot see properly in his right eye.

 Ahmed Nidal Al-Nis(30)from Bethlehem, is asked to pay NIS 5000 for buying contact lenses.
