Jerusalem, ALRAY - The Israeli government completed its plan to impose its sovereignty over " C" occupied area, which it had been working on since April 2013, Israeli sources said.
According to local sources, Israel attends to put this plan into effect next November, coinciding the Palestinian efforts in the United Nations.
The Palestinian bid will be discussed in the International security council demanding to end the occupation in the second half of next October, after the end of American Congress elections scheduled in the 4th of the coming November .
The Israeli plan considers " C" area as independent areas separated from the rest of West Bank.
It is noteworthy that the West Bank was divided to A, B, C areas as a part from the interim agreement of Oslo, where this division was supposed to be temporary and allowing transferring power gradually to the Palestinian Authority, otherwise it became a permanent arrangement in place since 21 years.
C area represents 60% of West Bank territory, and fully controlled by the Israeli occupation, while nearly180 thousand Palestinians live there.
Israel prevents Palestinians from any construction or development actions in 70% of this area under the pretext that it is" State land " or " Closed military zones". Israel Also refuses to recognize the majority of the villages in this region and prevents their expansion or development.
