Gaza, Alray - A group of settlers damaged on Saturday dozens of fruit trees in the village of Burin south of Nablus, using chemicals.

The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank Ghassan Diglas said that "a group of settlers from Yitzhar settlement established on a Palestinian land sprayed dozens of olive trees in the area "Halouf" in Burin with chemicals, which led to the burning of 103 trees,"

Experts from the Ministry of Agriculture conducted tests on these trees, and found that they were exposed to poisonous chemicals.

The trees are owned by the Burin residents Barakat Ghalib and Yaiyseer al-Najar.
