Dr Attallah Abu Elsebah, Minister of Detainees Affairs  condemned today  the death of Arafat Jaradat who  died  in Israeli jails. He called on to form international committee to investigate on the conditions and circumstance surrounding his  death. Abu Elsebah held Israeli Authority the responsibility for  Jaradat's death.

Abu Sebaah called for immediate movement to save detainee's lives who suffer of  serious health conditions.  

Sami Abu Zuhrei, the spokesman of Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) stressed on the efforts Hamas paid to release the detainees in Israeli jails, declaring that Hamas will keep working to release all the detainees.

Tawfiq Abu Naim , head of the Association of Detainees and Ex-detainees called on International institutions and Human right organizations to take serious actions regarding Palestinian detainees' issue  and to form international committee to investigate Jaradat's death.

He expressed his deep concern of more death among Palestinian deatinees in Israeli jails.

  In a press statement issued today, Riyad Al-Ashqar, director of Palestinian Detainees Center for Studies said that Israeli prisons’ doctors are partners in the murder of Jaradat.

“Israeli prisons’ doctors participated in the murder of the detainee Jaradat, as they said that his boy endures more rounds of interrogations. So Israeli interrogators tortured Jaradat harshly till he passed away”, he added

 Mass rallies sent down for Arafat Jaradat's death  in Gaza and West Bank  this morning.

According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Art 5 : “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.” , however  torture is widely institutionalized in Israeli prisons.
