Nablus , ALRAY - Violent clashes erupted Monday at dawn between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces as hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed Josef tomb to perform their Talmudic rituals.
Eyewitness reported that the clashes erupted in al-Hesbah Street and at the northern entrance of Balata refugee camp. Israeli forces fired stun grenades and tear gases towards Palestinian youths.
About 15 armored personnel carriers and Israeli forces stormed the eastern part of Nablus and deployed around Josef tomb, closing Amman and hindering Palestinians movement.
After that, hundreds of Israeli settlers arrived to the site accompanied by extra Israeli forces to guard them.
