IPS prevents family visits for Palestinian detainee

Gaza, Alray - Solidarity Human Rights Group said that Israeli Prison Services(IPS) deprived the Palestinian detainee Khader Bsharat from his family visits for a month.

IPS claimed that his family tried to smuggle medicine for him, so they detained both his sister Wasfiah and his brother Fehmi and released them on bail of 5000NIS.

Bsharat suffered from Psoriasis which caused severe painful itch especially in the summer.

The rights group said, the IPS refused to treat Bsharat appropriately as they only gave him harmful creams.
