Gaza, ALRAY - Some Palestinian Prisoners in Shatta prison injured last Thursday when Israeli forces raided the cells 7 and 10 in the prison, smashed their belongings and sabotaged the section.
Some of the prisoners were cuffed and forced to other cells, the prisoners told the lawyer of the Prisoner’s Club Society who visited them.
The cells were thoroughly searched and the prisoners’ belongings were smashed, the prisoner Ali Sbaih slightly injured, the prisoners added.
They mentioned that IPS decided to impose punishments measures on the prisoners including withdrawal of electrical devices and denying them from going out the prison’s cells or moving between cells.
IPS threatened them with imposing financial punishments.
For his part, the prisoners’ representative inside the prison said that a message was sent to the IPS telling them that the prisoners will take protesting actions in case the punishments were not cancelled.
